The vehicle needs to be delivered by May 1st to avoid the increase and there is no additional features with the increase. The LCI price hike will probably be even more.

I would think that any car that completed production before that date would not see the increase. Further, a signed build sheet (with price included) should be honored by the dealership.

In my experience the price will be whatever it is when you close on your car deal. Most dealers will honor the previous price when ordered and adjust as a line item discount.

I contacted my CA today and here's what he said:
"The Price Increase effective March 1st is only for vehicles that Start Production on March 1st or later." Since my car is at the port of exit right now, it won't be affected. |

I just put a deposit for my M2. Expected delivery is in late June/early July. I asked the dealer about the March 1st price increase and he said those who put a deposit by the end of February will not be affected by the price increase.
