Jeez, looks like (almost) everyone in Canada wants to drive a manual!

PS: I updated my info to week 24 since my car was actually done production on the 16th and has been waiting for a boat.

Not sure the exact week of build but I received word my production was finished March 28th. Arrived at the dealership today, and I could have taken delivery tomorrow but I have a plethora of M parts to have installed, so I figured rather than take it for the weekend and return on Monday for the install, I'd just wait for delivery of the fully installed vehicle next week. BSM 6MT 6NS. Full MPP except for coilovers and steering wheel at this time.

Correct - just my lovely wife along as co-pilot. Wanted June 30th as it's our 20th wedding anniversary but that's close enough BMW! She still wants to know what SHE's getting for her anniversary????

How'd she look? I got some pictures from my SA today, and it looked pretty dirty after sitting in Bremerhaven for a month and then Halifax port for an additional month. I guarantee you that car will never be that filthy again under my ownership haha.

Have to be honest - she was a little dirty - but even to a non-black fan she showed her lines and flares much better than I expected given many of the comments on this forum. I'll be checking up on your guarantee, firstly during the annual Stampede thunderstorms and then in winter? Congratulations on first M2 in Calgary!

Lots of 6MT !

Only 2 DCT on 12 cars.

Personally I choose DCT because I'm always afraid to break something with a MT and because of that I loose too much time on the 0-100 Kph...So DCT will do the job I guess.

i was also at the dealership to check on my order with my SA. i saw your BSM M2 on the lift, the technician was installing the MPE. Good looking M2 in BSM even she was a bit dirty.
i was told MY17 was pushed to August production, but still no exact production week # yet.

Greetings fellow Canadians!

First post here, thought I would sign up and get all the information I can get before I even get my car. Put a deposit down on a 2017 BSM M2 just this past Monday. Was told that I would get one mid 2017, so I have probably more than a year wait, which I'm ok with. Still, going to be hard to wait so long!

Really only had 2 options for 2017. Sunroof and the Telphony option. I'm an Android guy, so I passed on the telephony, but wife has to have a sunroof, so that's my only option.

hshot_rooke - BSM/6MT - no allocation, no build week.... =(

Are you looking to get it any earlier and are you willing to drive? I think my dealership may have an allocation opening up for November/December, and I can find out more if you'd like. Shoot me a PM.

I'm ok with a next year delivery and looks like you're in New Brunswick? A little too far for me! Ya, I can't wait. Dealership said hopefully around June 2017, which would be great, just in time for summer. But reading around the forum, may be wishful thinking. Either way, I'm super stoked.
