Why not add a 1200 watt subwoofer next to the exhaust and use the ASD sound amp to provide more rumble? LOL.....

I saw one in Carbon Fiber at Best Buy. Weather proof.

Don't get me wrong, I think Dinan offers exceptional upgrades, but their turbo and tune is where it lies for me.
We can all agree that a catback/axleback exhaust system, no matter what brand, yields limited to zero HP/TQ gains. This is a strictly audible augmenting modification. That being said, the Dinan exhaust combined with the resonator delete sounds nothing short of awesome. There have been times when driving through a tunnel in MDM while lifting off the throttle, I've had to do a double take and make sure something didn't blow up. For ~$2200, it's a bargain. I can't wait for the sport cat/exhaust/COI combination to come to fruition in about a week.

I'm loving this little community of Sport Cat owners chatting it up. I want to thank everyone for the kind words about the Sport Cat and I hope they are enjoying the downpipe! If you have any reviews, definitely post them up! I would love to hear your experiences!

It feels faster to me, but not some huge night and day difference. Is it worth the huge price tag? Sort of.

JB4 and aftermarket intercooler is probably nearly similar gains for much less money, but then you have warranty probs/etc.

Dinan turbo kit + hi flo downpipe makes 380whp on dynojet, or 50WHP gain from bone stock on 93 OCT. This is something JB4 on identical setup cannot match with EWG stock turbo, without using meth.

Flash tune seems to easily make 400whp with bolt-ons and stock turbo, but we have yet to see a direct comparison dyno flash vs JB4 vs Dinan turbo.

I've got:

Dinan CAI, resonator delete and sport tuner
Fabspeed Sport Cat DP
ER charge & TIC pipes
Active Autowerke stepped intercooler

And my car is a beast. With TC off, the wheels can spin in 3rd gear. I also don't experience the higher RPM power drop that some other guys have reported. Maybe the larger intercooler is keeping the IAT's more consistent???

My point being, for less than $300, the sport tuner with other bolt-ons gives you one hell of a bang for your buck! And the exhaust note now sounds much more like a race car
