Are those the correct widths and offsets? Only asking because we haven't yet brought Satin Bronze out in 19x9 ET30 and 19x10 ET40. Your set should be our 19x9.5 ET28 and 19x10.5 ET45 iirc.

You are correct... My apologies for misquoting the wheel specs. They fit perfectly, ZERO rubbing lock to lock, and over bumps as well.

Please refer to Tom@Apex's direct question to me after I replied to your question... I incorrectly stated the specs of my wheel/tire setup on this car. They are indeed 19x9.5 and 19x10.5 as opposed to the WRONG size I stated. I apologize for the bad info.

I also stated in multiple posts, these fit the car perfectly!!! Zero issues on a fully lowered car with good sized tires, lock to lock, or over bumps in the road. Fantastic set of wheels and Very, Very well made.

No problem at all! I just didn't want someone to try and replicate the fitment with the narrower wheels exactly.

A generic answer is... it's a street setup. I asked them to get it as low as possible and to NOT tramline so not too much negative camber to make wheels/tires clear the fenders. Also I did add Vorslag camber plates to make the cars setup more complaint for my tastes, aesthetically speaking. Hope this helps.

The SM-10RS has Arrived!

Introducing the Forged SM-10RS. An ultralight version of our already popular SM-10 design.

We’re a function-over-form brand, so we took our time and engineered this wheel to be our best. The original SM-10 has been re-engineered with thinner spokes and extra-deep side-milling for maximum weight reduction. The SM-10RS is now our lightest wheel in some fitments and meaningfully stiffer than our popular VS-5RS.

Just like all Forged Sprint Line wheels, the new SM-10RS features:

Sprint Spec Inner Lip
Fully Forged from 6061 Aluminum
Massive Spoke and Barrel Clearance
Un-Painted Knurled Beads
Lifetime Structural Warranty
Unmatched Replacement Program

Click here for more details and to see a list of fitments for your specific chassis.

APEX SM-10RS

Click here to join one of our active Group Buys to get deep volume discounts on our existing VS-5RS and EC-7RS forged wheel designs, or to be among the first to pre-order the all-new SM-10RS!

SM-10RS Technical Video

The max discount for both deals have been unlocked and we are down to just one week remaining on both the 18" and 19" Group buys. Be sure to lock in your pledge soon if you’re looking for deep discounts on any of our Sprint Line designs. In the meantime, we’ve had quite a few questions asking how the three members of the Forged Sprint line compare with one another. We hope this new technical video helps to outline these differences and makes choosing your next set of APEX wheels even easier.

We know that the SM-10RS isn’t available yet in every fitment we make for BMWs. If you’d like to see this design get additional fitments in the future, please let us know!

Is there a spacer on that?

Edit: It's been a few days now with the new wheels. I've noticed the steering is lighter. I always prefered comfort mode for steering, I felt it gave more road feel. However now I find it too easy so I use sport mode. Also the suspension seems to absorb more of the little moguls on city streets. It's amazing what shedding 27lbs of wheel weight will do for your car.

Just pledged on the group buy for the stock sizes. It’s always in the back of my mind if I should get a wider wheel but I’m worried about the rubbing. I can still increase my tires one size up from stocks even with the stock wheels, correct?

With our "OEM+" M2C fitment using a 19x9" ET30 front and a 19x10" ET40 rear, you can run the factory 245/35-19 front and 265/35-19 rear tires as a complete direct fit. For a wider alternative, you can also run 255/35-19 front and 275/35-19 rear tires on those wheels without needing any additional modifications.

If you have any other questions, please let me know.

Is it possible to get the stock sizes (19x9 & 19x10) to look like that by getting a different ET number? or is the use of spacers the only way?

I just want it to be flat w/ the fender just a little bit more—like 5mm.
