BMW Service Centers
Hi there, I'm wondering for those who live in MA, if anyone has a recommendation for BMW service center or service advisor that they've had great experience with before/recently?
Thanks in advance. Jeff |

Hi Kyubii,
I interviewed a bunch of local dealers, and asked around a lot. My needs were that this would be a track car, I was going to make changes, and I had a warranty. I laid out what I was doing and asked if that would be a problem with warranty work. The guys in Sudbury seemed about the worst - lot's of maybes and 'we will see', the guys in Peabody were the best. The gave me a specific tech to work with who I spoke with, and he seemed great. So far, I needed a rear half shaft replaced and there were no problems. I am dealing with Joe Leighton who is the Service director. Ray Last edited by rbahr; 06-04-2023 at 08:24 PM.. |

BMW Peabody has always been pretty good for warranty work. For out of warranty, I typically either DIY or take it to Bavarian Performance Group in Winchester. They're all certified BMW technicians. I have a Z4M Coupe that I track regularly and BPG will do track inspections, etc for me.
