I went with this one, full alcantara. It's cheaper than the new V2 and has no exposed leather #racecar

That's correct. Steering wheel ain't wired for heating. But if you fit the original steering wheel again, that function is operational again, of course. Nevertheless, the alcantara always feels naturally cosy. Not as cold as the leather in colder circumstances.
But you keep the 'Lane Departure Warning' buzzing/vibration (engine is transferred to the MP steering wheel).

I got the alcantara one that has the race display and the F1 style LED shift lights and I love it.
Best part? It solves the problem of the M2 not having an oil temp gauge. (One screen shows both water and oil temps) |
