As the title suggests, is the general view that the next gen 2 series will be FWD based? Do we have any credible data to confirm either way?

I'm just trying to figure out how much my M2 CSL will be worth.

Speculation? Here is a UKL (FWD platform) based 140i photographed testing in Spain just last month. It will happen. Current platform is old, and not versatile enough to support EV models.

Very high likelihood due to ease of integration with the active tourer line - essentially sharing one platform.
