Reverse passenger mirror safety feature stopped working?

So you know how when you put your m2 in reverse the passenger side mirror tilts down. I noticed that mine doesn't do it anymore for some reason? Maybe I disabled it by mistake not sure, any solution to get it to work again?

It will not reverse if the right/left selector button is on the right (which is why I always keep it there, I hate the mirror dip).
