Not sure how I feel about him driving a sold car without the owners consent.

While there is a slight design change in the base and top... the clips appear to line up!!!!!
Nothing lines up if you put them on top of each other but hopefully that is just a matter of different perspectives or something in the sketches.

It's the perspective of the drawing. You can tell from the amount of "dial" showing at the top.

When looking at the bottom - while different in design - the clips are in the exact same location.

The top doesn't look right, due to perspective of the sketch, and the fact that the LCI display does not have a flexiglass screen built into it as well. The screws at the top are in the same location.

At least I hope I'm right!

I also want to know the cost of this little adapter for the US$450 retro fit heads-up screen. I can't find it ANYWHERE!

How did you get to the conclusion the are matching?
If I overlay the clips in identical sizes the don't match and the overall width of the cluster is wrong too. It is hopefully just an sketch error but it doesn't look good if I haven't made a mistake somewhere.

Sizing of the overlay looks slightly out. Can you match the round speedo and tachomter in sizing?

Given the perspective difference we could only match the bottom.

Yeah, I ignored the size of the individual items and just tried to match the overall layout instead and it matches better.

There is also another small change with the LCI.

The bottom of the LCI goes directly into the dash...

While the pre-LCI goes into a plastic piece.

I think the "lip" on the bottom of the LCI gauge, under the fuel reset button will sit ontop of the plastic piece on the Pre LCI's....

One way to find out I guess....

Looks like that might be a new one? I don't think it shows RPM or gear which annoys me.

No its still the old one. I meant the surround it sits on.

Maybe bimmermasterpieces can do something more streamlined as part of its overlays?

It is not a F22/87 dash though. So either wrong part or generic picture used.

Interesting read this topic! Really interesting...

Any news on why the mini-jack AUX-in port has gone from under the arm rest?

It's with the owners consent for sure. I had thought the same in another thread.

It is a good video, to give you some detailed look of the LCI. But some misleading info though - leather dash, digital cluster, HUD...
