Spending $7-8k on wheels for a $200k car makes sense. For a $55k car, not so much. On my salary anyway
Luckily for me it is a 100k car in Sweden so I can justify the cost.

I think that would look very cool on an M2.

Probably not worth upgrading the stock 437s unless you're going high end like HRE. The stock offsets look pretty aggressive on this car.

Very true. I feel for you guys!

P.S. I need to come visit Sweden one day. It's on my to-do list. Got tons of friends from Sweden and they're all good fun to hang out with

Yes, it will probably just be 5-10 mm added from the stock offsets. Me and a few others I guess are just waiting for the custom wheel companies to take some measurements so we can put our orders in...

The price isn't that bad actually now with the current exchange rates. The base price is exactly the same basically but we have 25% taxes, so that brings the total to about $75-80K

I guess you met some really fun Swedes then as most are known to be introverts.

Now that I think about it, you are right, they were all introverts. Just cool people that I still consider great friends today (we all met in highschool).

At one point, I really thought about doing European Delivery and driving all the way up to Sweden. I've already done all the usual Stelvio pass stuff

Depends how you look at it. If you plan on doing track day, there are plenty of lighter weight options out there which can also be made to be wider and have a spec'd offset. Lots cheaper and better made than HRE.

There's also some of us who don't really care hugely about street performance since we have speed limits, therefore we plan on getting a better looking wheel. My car looking different than every other LBB M2 on the block will be worth every penny.

BC Forged? Ive owned both on my F80 and i can tell you HRE finish, quality, and design >>> BC.

I dont have experience with CCW but Ive only heard good things. I dont think they make many good wheels in 19+ tho.

Oh I didn't see the better made part.

I dunno, while I don't think the OEM's are the best looking wheels, I'm finding it harder and harder to drop that much money on wheels. I might be interested in some Volks for $3k ish, it would be a very different vibe to the E92 with HRE's. which would be kind of cool. I really dunno.

I'm right down the street from a company. As soon as my HEA car is released from port I'll go get it measured and post some options.

Fortunately not, there I can take some advantage of the USD/EUR conversion.

The plan is R101 in satin black (on an AW M2). Just waiting to hear back from HRE regarding fitments (someone lend HRE a M2!!). I want about the same concave profile as the F80/82 gets as I don't like the wheels with the flatter profile so it depends on the fitment if that will be the wheel or not.

Haha, the M Performance suspension is pre-ordered together with the Akrapovic exhaust. So come mid April this forum user has to eat nudels for the rest of 2016.

Haha nice! Forgeline. Best race wheels made in my opinion. They are always willing to setup a measurement.
