Answer to why M2 has no M mirrors, how it is with M buttons, etc

He was referring to newly designed bespoke mirrors, not adding the same ones onto the M2. Doesn't matter if the 'basic' dbesign already exists. youve already forked out big money for an "M" car yet it doesnt come standard with "M" parts!!! M2 will be the first M car that I will won't, and I didn't pay to much attention about M button and mirrors probably because I have owned non-m model in the past.

Probably, most of the current M and ex-M owners are just little bit too spoiled and I can't blame them.

I think someone else mentioned "BMW cheaped out" ... which makes sense. how hard/expensive could it be though? I wonder if it is to entice people to step "up" into an M3/m4? if so, that's even more messed up than being cheap with R&D.

who is the guy who made this decision to keep the pedestrian mirrors? let's ask him.
