Not a video kind of guy, like to get in there and get it done. Stock intercooler is out as is the charge pipe, awaiting FedEx tomorrow. Rather then disconnect the electrical connector I just used a T20 socket and removed the whole flange and set it off to the side, the grommet took some prying but its off, just waiting for the new parts. So regrettably there will be no video, but here are plenty online.

30% Ceramic tints put on. Eclipse or no eclipse, it's hot here in the summer and tints help a lot!

Sterckenn mini lip and M Performance Rear Carbon Diffuser went on today. The rear diffuser was back ordered for about 6 weeks! More pics of the Sterckenn lip on the iND/Sterckenn thread.

Who installed the roof and was it expensive? I live in San Fran willing to drive down to southern CA if the price is reasonable for the install and if the shop will warranty the installation work. What is your opinion on the fit and finish as well is there any extra outside noise permeating inside the cabin? Sorry for all the questions.

How do you like the exhaust tips? I like the larger diameter but I'm not sure I can get over the eyesore mounting bolts and the exposed lip of the exhaust showing. It's keeping me from pulling the trigger to purchase.

Leased a new VW Jetta S 5 speed for my DD, now I can keep the miles off the M2. I can use it for weekend drives and a few track events. I still can't believe I have a wife that goes along with my car stuff, lucky me!

EAS sent out my car, but i forgot the name of the shop they sent it out to. install was more than the roof itself. work is warranted. i had the roof done right after i got the car, so i don't remember what it sounded like before. but being in other M2's i can't tell the difference...but i have DJ ears, so i can't hear well. it was about $3k all in

Very true. Maybe paint the exposed bolts black?

Or maybe the Supreme Power exhaust tips? Do the bolts show on those?

Tightened the two bolts on the muffler clamp that connects the BMW M Performance exhaust to the stock pipe. Was getting the rattle at start up from the pipe vibrating on the cross member, the pipes had actually separated about 1/4 of an inch. May end up seeing if I can get a couple of nuts that are used on the suspension parts, the kind that won't back off due to their design, kind of self locking. Stay tuned
