Are these finishes as easy to maintain as the normal paint jobs or are they as sensitive as polished lips was back in the days (that looked like shit after a few months outside Cali weather lol)?

Wash them no differently then you would any other wheel and you'll be good to go. Only thing I'd recommend if you're looking to make it easy on yourself is using a wheel coating so that they're even easier to clean and maintain like this Kamikaze Stance Rim Coat.
