Led Adaptive on M2 LCI
Guys,
Last Wednesday I had an unpleasant meeting with a deer after which I have to replace the right headlight on my 2017 M2 LCI. It is Led Adaptive version (63.11 - 7493644). Right now I'm looking for a used right headlight, however, the majority of these are already from cars manufactured in 2018 and further (so we are talking from M2C - part number (63.11 - 8738686). Am I thinking correctly that by moving the control module from my headlamp it should work without a problem? As I understand it, the headlamp is the same, as it's the Led Adaptive version all the way, which has the same design etc. I will be glad for you help |

I believe rhe 2017 is the old HID. Just the halos are LED. My 17 with executive package was HID.

He isn’t in the US. He does have an LCI which has LED headlights.

That's right. It's EU version I've got high beam assistant and S552A.
Finally I bought one which part number is 63117469784 because it's same with number on realoem (through my VIN) and with BMW catalogue (also through VIN). I couldn't find this part number 63.11-8738686.9-01 or 63.11-8738686-03 and I don't get it why. It's clearly right headlight from M2 LCI / F22LCI, however no database identifies it. |
