No idea. Wasn't his 1M also individual? I always loved the Java Green 1M that rolled off at the end of production, but I didn't think that was his.

A few were actually wrapped…

Michael’s was moved to the paint shop and then to the m body shop, then to final assembly.

KBB shows a private party value of about $48k so it will be interesting to see what kind of premium the one off factory paint color brings at auction.

I’ll start the guessing off at $75-80k.

Condition + star-power + rarity put it at $100K for sure.

It's too bad he hasn't tastefully modified it with some CS bits, I'm sure they would pass, and greatly help the ugly duckling it currently is.

LOL! I knew that would get the crowd fired up!!

Time will tell, but I think the star is more the uniqueness of the car and it’s color than some old guy who buys cars.

Keep in mind this car was listed at $80k just three years ago after having a MSRP of about $114k. Could it fetch $100k+? Sure. I’m interested to see what it pulls in.

I think it's just a time issue. With his collection he probably doesn't want a lowly M2 sitting there, towering above the rest in a bright yellow vest, but if he stored it I'm sure he'd get full price in a number of years. Of course, for someone with his money, he doesn't care, so it'll be good for the next owner.

And although I don't like the color, I think it could largely be fixed with the right modifications. But as-is, it's just really bad. lol
