The best thing to do in my opinion is just leave it. If you wash it off without soap, I would be hesitant to dry it with anything other than air.

There are quick detailer and waterless wash options but I dont trust them. I think they work fine when used properly but I dont trust myself to use them properly, all the time, every time.

The more you wash your car the more opportunities you are introducing to mar the paint so finding a balance and accepting imperfections (to a degree) is the best mindset in my opinion.

Interesting to hear about dust issues on colors other than AW. Ive never noticed an issue with a dust film on my AW. Maybe the tradeoff is doffocukt to remove dirt on the AW in exchange foor dust on all other colors.

I have BSM. I’ve pretty much given up. She hasn’t been properly cleaned since last October. Just quick rinses since then to help ease my mind.

I wouldnt let one of these come within 50 feet of my car but some people swear they work without causing swirls so idk
