Love it, I'm much slower than my old Evo even on Bridgestones but the M rotates so well!

After a three month patient wait, I finally flew picked up my 2018 LBB manual M2. This thread and website certainly helped me visualise this day. As you can see, I have the M Performance Steering wheel, M Performance Mats, metal petals, and the black grille. Last week I ordered the M Performance exhaust from the super helpful team at IND who are cutting down the massive box in order to send the exhaust to my new home in Italy. The M Performance exhaust can no longer be purchased in Europe due to new emissions laws (bullshit) but if I have the exhaust, the Italian BMW Dealership will install it. The last item I wanted was the LCI aluminum and alcantara shifter but I guess that is still on unobtainable status along with the vibranium metal that makes up Wolverines bones.

I will drive through Austria tomorrow through the windiest roads I can find while I run through a proper break-in. Quick question though as I bought my M2 before it was build to my spec, why does my M2 have 193 miles on it right now? Do you think the dealership has been using my car as a test drive vehicle?

I would definatly have them run the key. They will be able to tell of it has been over-revved. My car came with 6 miles on the odometer for reference.

I made a mistake and it probably has a little to do with the number of explosions that have rattled my brain but I somehow concocted my own reality where I thought they showed me on the odometer where the mileage was 193miles. In fact the mileage is 5 miles. The brain works in mysterious ways. Regardless, this car should knock some sense into me.

I was fortunate enough to remember to film the first time I started up my M2 when I picked it up on tuesday. I hope the audio quality is better than most because my microphone and camera are pretty top notch. I also have a little bit of the interior and the M Performance digital steering wheel as I started it up. This is a video of the stock exhaust.

My M Performance exhaust is going to be delivered to my new home in Italy on Thursday from IND and I am super excited. They really helped me out because we can no longer get the MPE out here in europe.
