I like grabbing it with my left hand whilst driving - it's nice to rest your elbow and hold the "oh shit" handle at the same time. No idea why this seems to be a diminishing trait on certain cars...

When in DRIVE, i use the paddles to downshift for whatever reason. This automatically puts the DCT into sport mode S, not sport drive mode I am new to DCT, so I would think it would allow me the gear change to do what I need for a few moments, then automatically return to the normal drive D mode. That make sense?

You are totally missing the point and don't understand the issue. The passenger side doesn't open even if someone touches the handle when the driver gets in. I believe it is to do with the side it detects the fob on only, not psychic powers

If someone doesn't want all doors to open as a safety measure then it shouldn't open no matter what. Or am I missing the point too? |

Yes, people have explained how the comfort access works and I get it, one door or both only. My point was, it would be nice if the passenger door unlocks if they are trying to get in once I have touched my handle as the car has sensed the presence of the fob. Or stay locked if no one is there. That's all, not really a big problem. Let's move on.

If you approach the trunk ONLY the trunk ( and none of the doors ) unlock. The passenger side is ONLY set to unlock when UNLOCK ALL is selected or if you approach that door. If you are steadfastly against using the " unlock all doors " feature, then perhaps give a second key fob to your passenger if you want the passenger door to open only when a passenger is with you. This is absolutely a *you * problem, that 99.5 percent of owners won't have an issue with. |

Bad news guys. It seems that the top of the front bumper, where it meets the corner of the hood above the headlight is misaligned... I noticed it from like 8 feet away... What do I do? The drivers side alignment is fine... The passenger side is not fine.
EDIT: God bless this material. After I installed the grills, I missed the passenger side plastic clip when reclipping the bumper. Took out some screws, replaced the bumper, and boom, 100% perfect. Heads up to you guys installing the grills yourselves, don't miss the plastic clips on either end.

Found another one. When I use the fob to unlock the trunk, i was hoping it would actually pop up half way or something.
I've only had my car for 1 week, but I am missing the lack of moonroof. I really like having one to vent the cabin.

In sport+ steering is IMHO to artificial heavy ( I also found this when I test drove the M4, the comfort steering mode was the best setting for me) |
