Just ask your SA about it, that's the safest route.

Sick piece man but I wouldn't mess with plastics in temperature like this days lol

How much did it cost you for shipping and duties to get it to Toronto?

Personally I find those mirror caps pretty cheap looking. Most people prefer the full mirror housing replacement, either aftermarket (AutoID or AutoTechnic):
https://ind-distribution.com/collect...or-housing-kit

or the real M2C OE mirrors:
https://ind-distribution.com/collect...fit-mirror-set
Thanks, OG M2 it is! I actually looked into autotechnic carbon parts but read some bad reviews and some horror stories from people on this forum so decided to look at other companies like RW.

Would have definitely went for complete housing kit if it was a bit cheaper. Don't want to drop a crazy amount on this build as I'm on the list for the G87 M2.

For performance, if you are out of warranty, go get a high flow downpipe. Get yourself a chargepipe while you're at it.
Yea, cars getting darker tints tomorrow and carbon fiber grille is next on the list.

Whats wrong with the audio system? I think it's pretty good.. plus who needs an amazing audio system when you got the n55 roaring all day long

What specifically would you recommend? Definitely interested if it helps with performance.

Cf diffuser helps the look.

Intercooler is a needed performance mod.
Any specific intercooler recommendation? CF diffuser would be sick, definitely on the list..

We're planning on getting exactly that! Hopefully going to order soon, I think a gold set of wheels would look great on white paint. Might not be for everyone but they could work.

Didn't pay any duties at all which is surprising. Shipping around $25

If you cannot hear what is wrong then that is money saved!
The sound for me lacks definition, good sound stage, missing sub bass reproduction (the underseat units are mid bass, not sub bass), insufficient mid bass, tinny sounding highs.

I can find some points to optimize in most anything, some cannot..

I have the Wagner evo 2 comp. On the street I have no complaints, I do a pull and temps are cooler after the pull than before! Some say ATM or CSF are better. The larger VRSF are popular because of their price point.

There is a sticky thread on M2 FMIC. I have a Dinah dual core and it's both high quality and very effective

Be sure to protect your amp! Several people have fried their amps while tinting as liquid can run down the inside of the rear windscreen and pool in the trunk where the amp is.

Red start button was my first mod

It seemed logical at the time

Now it's standard

Go figure

+1

As someone else pointed out, Guaranteed no CEL so warranties are never in danger. Sport CATs are without a doubt one of best mods for any car in terms of power and exhaust note gains. Fabspeed is the industry leader for a reason.

Not true. The factory ECU records the car’s power output and BMW will void powertrain warranties when they see power numbers that are out of factory spec. A tune doesn’t throw a CEL either but they know it’s there through a variety of methods.
