EC7 Wheel Sizing

I’d love to order some EC7 wheels for my OG in 19” and am trying to pick the front wheel which will fit my setup:

M Performance Suspension at suggested ride height of 595/600
Factory top mounts (no camber adjustment)

It seems that Apex recommends either the 19x9.5 ET 28 with a 5mm spacer, or the unspaced 19x9.5 ET22. I’d prefer to run without spacers, so the question is, at the recommended MPS ride height (595mm) and with a 255/35/19 front tire, will I encounter rubbing without camber plates?

I appreciate it depends on the tread width of the tire I choose. I’m planning on running a street oriented tire like the PS4S or one of the new Contis in that class.

I’d be interested to hear from anyone who has a similar config. Bonus if you have any pics too! An ET22 9.5” wheel will poke out about 13mm further than the OEM wheels and I don’t want it to look goofy. I guess I could simulate it with a 13mm spacer on my OEM wheels?

Thank you!

I have apex vs5rs wheels. Front is 9.5 x et22. Will take a pic for you shortly.

Granted it will be with oem rubber so it’s a bit stretched. But you’ll get a sense of the stance/poke. I don’t think it looks bad. But I’m def switching out tires. Thinking 255/35 or 265. I have a similar question re fitments in another thread.

Hope this helps. Forgot to mention that I have 12mm spacers fitted temporarily. So keep that in mind.

Thanks very much for the pics! Those are all of the rears, correct? It’s the front offset/poke that I’m most concerned about. Cheers!

oh my bad...not sure why i put rears in my head when i snapped those lol...Ill upload the fronts in the next hour or so...The +22 does give me the slightest of poke it looks like...but hard to be certain since the rubber is oem and stretched at the moment...I feel like i made a mistake with these 22's ...its limiting my options for tires!

I don't know if I've seen a black M2 with front mud flaps. I like because I barely noticed them. You a fan, which are they and what was the install process? Thanks.
