I have started putting M2 lap times on our F8X M3/4 big board. You have to post in our thread, I won't search over here for your times. Try to make your posts concise and in the format I use for the main lap time board.

Thanks so much. These are the kind of discussions I've been hoping for!
And thanks for exploring the leading edge of track durability too! Rob |

first track day in the M2
86 degrees fahrenheit @ Autodromo Las Americas 1:29.2 Manual tranny, stock except castrol SRF fluid did notice brake pads fade a bit at the end of each session. Need tyres, pads, camber plates and coilovers But overall very happy with the car. No heat soak issues or anything.

Im thinking of the MP coilovers. But im afraid the ride might be too harsh even in the softest setting. Let us know who they work out!

first time ever on a track with any car and finally got the M2 out at Homestead.
what a blast. by the 2nd day i was doing better with appropriate gearing, but of course it rained first thing so that made it even more fun! i know the car can do better, and so can i. last night i watched a few videos on youtube that showed a line that was probably a bit better in some areas than what i was being coached on. i really enjoyed the track, just wish it were a little closer... in any event 1:55 on a semi wet track.

Yep, she was a great coach, enjoyed being in the car with her.
You were there? What car??? I didn't see any other M2s, just a couple of M4s and either a 135 or 235???

i really enjoyed that track though. i wasn't familiar with PDG, will have to look into them a bit more. my neighbor peer pressured me into this, ha-ha, but sebring is a bit closer. HMS is a bit of a commitment for me to make, but it was a really fun track. Not that i would know otherwise... Looking forward to seeing other M2s on a track in south Florida!

you guys are killing me! lol.
i had so much fun at HMS this weekend i signed up for Sebring on the 8th of April and then again on the 6th of May with Chin. i see there is another M2 out of Naples signed up for the 8th/9th @ sebring. Abbey mentioned PDG, somehow I hadn't heard of them, definitely need to look into them, as i notice they also do PBI which isn't as a bad of a drive for me as HMS is. i will have to see what el jefe says. i kinda agreed with her to try and limit it to 1 weekend a month (i work away from home for 2 weeks at a time). we need to start a south florida track thread...
