Whatever about how the accident occurred, I was thoroughly shocked that the guy in the red T-shirt (who had a mobile phone in his hand) didn't ring for an ambulance immediately.

If the victim had internal crush injuries, then even a few seconds difference in the response time could have a huge impact on his chances of surviving.

Yeah homeboy's 5S/Kaizen efforts are spot on although there are no "shadows" for the outline of tools. Aside from that, very clean shop. As I re-watched it, I can't help but chuckle a little at his asian-esque James Dean pose propped up against his tool box. A clean shop and a GQ pose are no match for "The Man In The Red Shirt Who Cared Not."
