Please put this where necessary.
The navigation in the M2 forum in terrible. There is no way to get to the top to look at another thread like I normally check them everyday. There is a top buttom at the bottom of threads but no way to get back to the root without LOTS of scrolling. Is it possible to be fixed?! ty

A “breadcrumb” (or “breadcrumb trail”) is a type of secondary navigation scheme that reveals the user's location in a website or Web application. The term comes from the Hansel and Gretel fairy tale in which the two title children drop breadcrumbs to form a trail back to their home. |

I get that but if you are the bottom of a full page of posts you have to scroll back up all the way to get to the chain.....

That's actually slower than the scroll wheel on my mouse....
Try this link from a model jet forum I frequent... http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/rc-j...k-busters.html go all the way down then scroll up a little. The header reveals itself and you get back to the main page....easy

Page Up and Page Down take bigger jumps than Arrow Up and Down and are a keyboard alternative to scrolling with the mouse.

It seemed like this forum used to have that function, then something changed. I thought there used to be a navigation path at the bottom of the page, but I'm not sure. I visit other forums and could be mistaking that function from those places.

At the very bottom right of the page (assuming you're looking at the normal website and not a mobile version), just above the copyright info and *Below* the "quick Reply" and "Posting Rules", there are a few links... Contact Us - Bimmerpost... - archive - Top
Top will take you to the top of the page. Or use "Home" on the keyboard if you have one.

I would like a way to click at the bottom of a thread page that gets me back to the top of the forum page. When I get to the last page of a thread, I'd like to be able to click on maybe the "BMW M2 discussions". That would get me to the top of the forum I was browsing and will properly show threads that have been read.

I agree that it would be nice to have that same "breadcrumb trail" at the bottom of the forum page too, but it's not there. In its absence at the bottom, you can click the "top" link down there to get back up to the top and then click what you circled... or use Home key, or on an ipad, tap in the center of the top of the top status bar which is generally a shortcut for "scroll back up to the top" for 99% of iOS apps.
