I need to update the OP to show those as many people likely never saw them.
Thank you so much for those pictures! I'm having my MG done in stealth when it gets here and I want to make sure my guy does behind the grilles too but I wasn't sure if it was going to be some huge PITA. Seems relatively straightforward to tuck it nicely and seams can be hidden by the grilles anyway.

Got my HRE R101s in Brushed Dark Clear and my custom license plate

Hope y'all enjoy the pics!

Fresh wash today:

I then took my car out for some sun and fun at K1:

Then towards the end of the day, took my son to a local spot called Hidden Park. Grabbed a few more pics:

hmm, tough call. Having just seen the LBB in person at the Welt, I kinda like the 'radioactive' edge it has in gloss. The grey silver cars tend to have a carbon/titanium sense to them which works in matte...just MHO, or course...

Looks great!

I'm jealous you're so close to the hill country too... Once mine arrives next month I'll be making a trip down to enjoy those beautiful roads!

Hey confusion,

Love the stealth M2! I'm picking up my M2 next week and I was considering doing the same. Now that you've had it for awhile, any regrets?

XPEL, any recommendations for installers in the Raleigh/Charlotte area?

None. It's been great. Gets lots of attention/appreciation from enthusiasts. It's easy maintenance-wise and the added level of protection gives peace of mind. Beyond that, it's still somewhat rare (certainly on M2s which are already hard to come by) so it feels special. I would definitely do it all over again.

TVP in Raleigh did mine. I think they did a good job. Very few seams and they exist where they make sense to exist (they didn't remove bumper for example, so there's a seam between the fender and bumper). I'd imagine they would do whatever was necessary for a stealth wrap to tuck every seam.

I've wrapped the front ends of 5 cars now over successive periods of ownership. Gradually moving from different films to excel in the latest car. All with the same guy. Yes, he's gotten better. I live close to Greenwich CT. Land of six figure cars. There is a HUGE discrepancy in what people charge for these wraps. No shortage of people paying $2000 to wrap the front clip. I had my Porsche turbo front clip wrap removed AND rewrapped with expel for $700. There is a lot of labor involved and installers can charge a lot or a little for that. Of course, you can get the full light and emblem removal on the wrap or not. Do you need to have every mm wrapped? Depends how anal you are. Maybe you do. If I can pay $2000 and not have all the reflectors removed instead of $6500, I'll take that every day. I haven't priced it out yet, but I can post if anyone is interested. I'm guessing that will be the differential.

Exactly who did that for you? Id take the drive on the Merritt for those prices

For everyone thinking about doing it, it pays to shop around if you can.
I'm eating crow on my prior post. My guy is in this range and has done Lambos. I'm just loving the look and the ease of maintenance after its done.

Looks fantastic! This is the way LBB should've been born from the get go. I plan to do the same stealth wrap on my MG.

I had a shop owner that I have been doing business in california do the application. I can't do this type of stuff. It is pricey.

I'm not a mod type of guy when it comes to my car so i was a bit hesitate to change the film to this color and all the pictures i keep getting while i was on a business trip were so dark but when i saw it when it was done. Wow. the lines really come out.
