So turbo to intercooler pipe and intercooler to throttle body pipe. FTP Motorsports and Evolution Racewerks sells both sides. Also, since you're going to be under the car with the intercooler removed, might as well do the turbo inlet if you want! |

I would do Cold side charge pipe with FMIC.
Hot side is not needed unless you are upgrading your turbo

I found the hot side easier to install than the cold side, so might as well do both while the intercooler is dropped! It’s interesting that the hot side is a flexible rubber, where as the cold side is more of a hard plastic. Wonder why. Plus, more sales for you!

It's definitely smooth, but it's like rubber, you can compress it easily (not sure if that does anything negative). Like a rubber hose basically. I know on some charge pipes in their description they note how under vacuum the hot side compresses lol, not sure if that's a bad thing or not?

Would be curious to see if charge pipes actually do anything. I know on N54's they would blow apart, but that seems to be a non-issue on the N55's. I'll gladly do the dyno testing if someone will buy me the charge pipes.

Excessive pressure. It happens instantly, your charge pipe will probably not show any signs of failing. If you car is tuned, get a Charge Pipe
