Will these braces work with the Dinan Intake?

With the Dinan intake you have to cut the oem brace to make the Dinan intake work.

Would be awesome if they did since lots of owners aren't too keen cutting the oem brace.

We would just need someone with a Dinan intake to come to our location and we can easily test fit them.

Except if you read the OP it's being marketed as something that improves driving response and chassis rigidity, looking for hard evidence of this if there is any.

interested in a response to this, I am considering buying a set but I am not sure seeing the welding and tube construction vs the OEM.

A couple people on here have asked if the DINAN CAI will fit with these braces.

I have the same question I asked back in September.

I already have the braces and several other DINAN products but I don't know if the CAI will fit.

In a previous reply to another member you stated you just need a customer car with a DINAN CAI to see if it would fit.

Surely in the months since then you have had a customer car with a DINAN CAI.

If not can you please take some measurements compared to the OEM bracket so maybe we can make an informed decision?

We have not had an M2 come through with Dinan intake however looking at the instructions of the Dinan intake, it seems that you need to cut the factory corner braces for it to fit. http://files.dinancars.com/webresour...dae7ef1b57.pdf

If that is the case then the RKP corner braces will not fit with the Dinan intake.
