1/43 scale or 1/18 scale M2s on the way ? (M2 diecast thread)

Anybody hear anything about the 1/43 and 1/18th scale models of the M2? Who will make them, what color(s) and when will they be here? Will the model beat the delivery of the actual cars?

I'm waiting for the die-cast of the M2 as well.. The M235 model is only cast in resin which dos not have the moving parts. I have a hobby of adding led lights to 1/18 scale, if you want to check it out. Let me know if you come across a die-cast M2 Or M235.

Paragon is the official 1/18 die cast producer for BMW. However, GT Spirit has made several brand new (resin) bimmers as well.

No date known yet.

Wouldn't it be great if they offered it in every color except LBB?

Usually we have seen a sneak peak or an announcement by now if they really will be released in 2016.

With less than 2 months before year end, I suspect the M2 miniatures will be later than anticipated (Q4) like most of the BMW models released over the past few years.
