After using a sealant, such as Opti-Seal, how long should I allow to cure before installing PPF (Xpel)?

you can hit them up with a sealant if you like.
but it will require doing them more frequently with a sealant due to the heat from the exhaust. Sonax Polymer Net Shield |

Zaino
I saw the threads above on Zaino, but didn't quote directly ...
I'm basically here because I have a MG M2 landing in about two weeks. When I got my Z4 back in 2003, I used Zaino on it (the full process). I was hooked. F'ing amazing shine. Very deep and wet. When I switched to my current 2013 135is, I never did the full process on it, but have always continued to use the Zaino wash and Z-7. Still a huge fan. With the M2 coming, I need to decide if I'm sticking with Zaino or moving on. I'll investigate the recommendations above to see if there is something better and / or easier. But I will say, if I don't continue to use Zaino, it will be a sad day in my life. |

P.S. Previous code, 'May16', just so happens to be a song title for a kickass song too.

Hello Phil,
I have some black chrome exhaust tips that I would like to coat. I was thinking that using the Gyeon wheel coating I bought from you might be the best option because of its heat tolerance. What do you think? |

whats the difference between ADAM'S BRILLIANT GLAZE and ADAM'S BUTTERY WAX. Also what would you use? One of those or COLLINITE LIQUID INSULATOR WAX NO. 845.
Thanks!

sure thing buttery wax will give you protection where as the glaze will be geared toward shine and zero protection benefits.
if you were going for protection out of the 3 the collinite would be best. if you want something else for protection the Sonax Polymer Net Shield is great. Adam's Brilliant Glaze Adam's Buttery Wax Sonax Polymer Net Shield Collinite Insulator Wax 845 |

Couple quick questions
M3 related, 2016 Comp package with Amaro brown individual interior...
- What do you recommend for wheel sealant, these style 666 wheels are a pain to clean, currently opti-coated which does well, but anything better in diy market? - on Amaro Brown (see attached) should I use Leather Masters Protection Cream, or Barrier product, both, or something newer from gyeon? - currently I do protection cream monthly, but on weekly washes I wipe down seats with a damp microfiber, or griots leather spray. Is this a reasonable approach? Thanks Phil!

For the wheels you can use this after each wash over the coating - Sonax Wheel Rim Shield For the leather you can use, this is what I'm using on my Sahkir Orange Leather. You can use the Nanolex Textile and Leather Sealant For the quick touch ups on the interior use Nextzett Cockpit or Nanolex Interior Cleaner |

The only shop in town with a good rep is an opti-coat pro+ authorized dealer. What is their best coating or the best value for the money coating they offer and any drawbacks to the seemingly popular nanolex si3d or the 22ple type stuff i'm seeing commonly posted on here?
