Closest option for the M2 that looks like this spoiler?
I saw this pic of a 340i and I really like the spoiler
I specifically like the part of the spoiler in the middle/bottom of it that creates a gap between spoiler and trunk lid, i think it does a really nice job of breaking things up and making it look really aggressive but not too in-your-face at the same time. Do we have anything similar to this available for the M2? Thanks for any info.

Ah cool, thanks for the point in the right direction.
Seems like not many people make something with that "gap" on the bottom that i circled in my original post. This is the closest I could find, I think this looks pretty good but im not sure if im in love with it enough to order it. I'll ponder for a bit and maybe, we'll see. https://monacoms.com/bmw-m2-2-series...trunk-spoiler/

From prior research, the only others with that style are PSM Dynamics, AC Schnitzer, Vorsteiner (discontinued). JBSpeed also offers replicas of some of the styles mentioned.
Our rear ends are not as fluid and elegant as some of the other Bimmers so it's tough to find a spoiler design that fits the rear end. |

I got a full set of carbon trim pieces from CT Carbon, including the M4 replica spoiler. I haven't installed them yet but I've test fitted them and the quality and fitment seem to be on point. Their prices seemed pretty cheap too even after shipping. I did get hit with import fees from FedEx a few weeks after delivery though.

If you poke around the legit OEM CS spoiler can be had for around $500ish. Google the specific part number, and you’ll find it.
Also, take a look at this thread on the Turner high kick. It’s $350 and looks great in person. A buddy has one paint matched white on his M2 Performance edition and it looks surprisingly good. https://f87.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1776065 Cheap parts are usually garbage. See: Mode Carbon threads. Last edited by ///393; 09-22-2022 at 09:07 PM.. |

I ordered a whole set of carbon fiber body kit parts to NY, shipping was about $250 and then I got hit with a surprise import tax via FedEx invoice for around $60. All in it was about $1900 for carbon everything and it took about a week to get to me, pretty fast. Everything looks just like the OEM MPerformance equivalents, I just hope they last and the clear coat doesn't start cracking or anything. But being like 1/4 the cost of OEM parts I can't really complain.
Side note, if you get a front lip, the massive black self tapping screws that they provide will definitely drill straight through the bottom of your front bumper and out the top. Definitely need to buy your own hardware to install. |
