Big Porsche dealer here says they don't stock any manuals, and have them only by order. They will all be gone before long.

The Cayman S has gone 4 cylinders already. The CLA AMG has been 4 cylinders for a while and the Audi... Well nobody cares about the VW anyways.
I believe Porsche had said that the next Cayman GT4 will be a flat 6.
As far as the next M2, who knows, it may get a variant of the S58 or a updated version of the B58.

Strangely, the brand new A4 can be had with a manual in the lower specs. Still doing as a "cheaper" option instead of how it should be as a sportier option.

2017 Audi A4 is manual but their higher end S and RS series I don't think are.

Oops didn't see someone already responded my bad.

But the best manual car options I see:
Mazda Mx-5
wrx sti
Brz
Porsche with their 918/boxter
Alpha giulia quad
Shelby mustang gt350
Ford Focus
VW GTi
Vette

Anyway check out this article:

It lists some double clutch as manual so the data is skewed but nonetheless it's interesting

Out of 226 new vehicle models for sale in the US, only 34% (79 models) even offer a manual transmission
There are two new cars for 2017 with manual transmissions (the Fiat 124 Spider and the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio), but one car that used to have a manual (the Buick Regal GS) now only comes with an automatic
54.5% of the subcompact and compact cars with manual transmissions get poorer fuel economy than the same cars with automatic or continuously variable transmissions
30% of the SUVs available with manual transmissions only offer them on the lowest trim levels, and only in front-wheel drive models
30% of the 79 vehicles with manual transmissions are American
Only three vehicles in the entire list offer a manual transmission in all trims
Only one full-size pickup truck offers a manual transmission, on the 3/4- and 1-ton models, not the half-ton

The Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio is not available with a manual in the US model - it was supposed to be, but they changed their minds.

I have a manual M2 and plan to keep it as long as I can. The death of the manual is inevitable and I hope it happens sooner rather than later thereby making my car more valuable.
