Does anyone know of anyone manufacturing uniball bushings for the rear tailing arms? PN: 33322284534

One side of these arms is already uniball but the other uses large rubber bushings.
I'd like to just replace the bushings in these with uniballs rather than switch out to third party arms like SPL etc, but I can only find replacement rubber bushing options available.

55parts claims that they have a product coming for exactly this, but it surprises me that no other companies have done this yet...

Maybe I'm missing something, but does nobody else make replacement uniballs or at least polybush options for these?
