Thanks for the LBB/Gold.

Black/gold is my favorite combo of this grouping. Looks so perfect.

^^^They look awesome with the M2 - not sure why, but I didn't think of these as a good alternative.

The 788s are not worthy of being this car's upgraded wheel, IMO. But I hope I see them in person and they do something for me. If not, the 437s it is...

OK, I don't want to hijack this thread, but here's my take on the colours offered... Let's start with Sunset Orange.

I've used the press pic I like best as the base car for these colours...

I agree. I'm all for wheels of that style. To me BMW generally belong on honeycomb or CSL style wheels. The 70-80's cars looked best on the BBS RS style wheels. 90 and up to Bangle Ara Bimmers were best on LM's or CSL style, but since then they don't look quite right anymore.

I wouldn't mind a CSL style wheel on the M2, but it needs less spokes than this one, AND needs to be more dished. Not only does this wheel not look the part, it is probably also a PIA to clean.

Right now for me the newer style BBS seem to look the best for these cars. I'll probably order my M2 with this wheel, but when I get it I will just store them away for when I sell the car again.

Thanks for the additional renders. No offense, the OP's are better... more realistic looking and better color rendition.

BMW GIVES US MORE… MORE DOUBLE SPOKES THAN ANYONE WANTED.
Remember how the 666's were originally received? Pitch forks, riots, BMW torched on a stake? I feel these wheels will follow suit once the masses get used to seeing them.

Great job.

You got me second guessing myself about HKS. The orange does look really good on this car. How about those gold BBS wheels on the orange? Maybe a bit flashy, but I just love gold wheels on red, and since red is not available, orange would be close.

One minor thing that is disappointing is the color of the big brake option. Gray calipers? Really BMW. Guys that order the BBK and track their cars want to be low key? Come on, give us some yellow calipers.

Le sigh. Colored calipers typically discolor after multiple hot lap sessions (or track days depending on track and skill). It makes sense why they're silver.

Red = brown
Yellow = brown
Blue = Greeny brown
Silver = ...silver.

I am a bit more optimistic after seeing the wheels in these pics - they look much better with the brighter finish too.

Perfect! Thanks for using a better image.

No offence to the original OP as they are not your images, but the rear quarter looks like a normal M240i rear quarter, no where near as wide as an actual M2.

None of these SO are really accurate. I have seen the color in person many times now. It changes with light.
