Will there be an M performance part replacment for the manual transmission? So far seems only for the DCT?

Will the M235i manual M performance gear stick be interchangable?

It's the same transmission as the M4, so I doubt that you'll find a want/need to replace the OEM shifter.

SO I am talking about replacing it with the carbon fibre shift knob and alcantara gator...

Every manual bmw shiftknob fits every bmw car with manual transmission.
You could even fit an e46 smg shiftknob in a 6speed m2.

So in this case you can fit the m235i m performance shiftknob with the alcantara boot.

And yes, the m235i m performance shiftknob fits the m4 with manual transmission.
The alcantara boot will not fit here.
