Thanks for the info! I like that effect. I just ordered one, but I went with the simpler ///M design (as opposed to ///M2). The cost, including Cali state tax and (free) shipping was: $21.59.

Same here, but I couldn't resist going back and ordering a custom one too.

Switched out the rear lighting to LEDs. Hard to tell in the pics, but the white LED reverse lights are much much whiter and brighter (made the stock bulb look off white/yellow). They are the left side lights in the pics. Honestly I can't really tell a difference between the red LEDs and the stock white bulbs which appear red behind the red housing. Although I haven't seen them in true darkness yet.

Taillights did a very brief (maybe 2 flashes), light show at startup. Watched it two separate more times for a bit and didn't see any more flashes.

The BMS intake never gave me any issues on my M235i, but on the M2 I got a check engine light within about 20 miles. Seems like some people never had issues with that particular intake while others had issues immediately. Guess the M2 didn't like it. Car still drives the same but now you can really hear the turbo.

I still have to sell off a bunch of my parts from the M235i, maybe that can pay for the carbon M Performance diffuser or another intake like the Eventuri.

Damn AW looks legit, definitely not second guessing myself on color options.

Just curious. Where and what LEDs did you buy? I've got fronts but need something for the rear.

Yeah I wasn't sure I'd be happy with white after having an Estoril Blue M235i, but honestly I think I like Alpine White the most out of all of the M2 colors now. Black is just out period, Long Beach Blue is so far inferior to Estoril that I couldn't consider it. So it was either Alpine or Mineral Grey, and honestly I'm so glad I got the Alpine. It just works on the car, but you got to black out all the trim and add the carbon spoiler for some contrast. I don't like Alpine with the chrome grilles or side gills and the dinky white spoiler. Done up with the white and black theme its PERFECT. The only other aesthetic mod I want to do in the future is the M Performance carbon diffuser to go along with the carbon mirrors and spoiler I've already got.

Bought it, for $15 why the hell not. Can use it if I like it or just let it sit if it turns out I don't. I spent more than that on lunch today so this is absolutely nothing.

Bought it and used it for 2 months and then threw away. Only makes a difference if you are in comfort mode and then it will throw a code if you use it in that mode. Does not throw a code in sport or sport plus but also doesn't do anything there either because in those modes the flap is open anyway.

Fitted CCB from the F8X M3/M4. Have taken pictures, weighed the discs and calipers too so will make a separate thread after the weekend.
