On the Glovis as well! Hopefully the car does get to NY on the 6th but not getting my hopes up. Who would have thought our cars would have been stuck at the port for 13+ days.

Intrestingly enough, when my car first left the plant for the port, after speaking to the genuis he told me typically it takes at least a week to 2 weeks to be assigned to a ship unless its a rare circumstance. So unless he was clueless and just blowing smoke, 13 days isnt too bad all things considered.

With my car a week from delivery, I decided to stop by dealer as I wanted to add a few things once she hit the port. So while going over the numbers, I felt my monthly payment was a bit higher than the expected, come to find out my msrp was bumped to the current msrp as oppose to what it was when I ordered my car back in Feb.
It was my understanding that once given a set price and the paperwork was signed I'd be locked into that price. Now there telling me that due to "inflation" and because my car wasn't being built at the time, they cant change it but are willing to split the additional cost with me. As im sure most of you ordered you cars prior to that price jump, has anyone else experienced this? |

That's really strange??? I hope my dealer doesn't play games like that when the time comes... If papers were already signed, I don't see how they can do that. What dealership if you dont mind me asking?

Habberstad in Bayshore. And yea I know, its a little funny to me as well. I kinda wanted to speak to speak to someone higher up about the situation but at the time I didn't feel it was necessary (at least until I did my own research first).

If it were me, I'd ask them to cut margin on the Performance parts you want if you're willing to agree to the additional MSRP. Everybody wins. |

Seems like the ship carrying some of our cars has hit a part of the Atlantic where tracking isn't available.

The ship is due to arrive in Halifax tomorrow yet it's still un-trackable. Surely it has to show up on the radar soon. Starting to get really excited now. Can't believe it's almost time.

CA just called to inform me that car will be available for pickup next week (God willing). So excited, it's becoming somewhat reality now!

Looks like the Glovis Conductor is now scheduled to arrive a day later in Halifax. New ETA is June 9.

If you go back to the WWL site and enter your VIN the ETA date has been changed.

Well the car is finally on my soil. It's saying LINER RELEASE and DISCHARGED. Hopefully it's not much longer before it's on a train to me in Toronto. The journey is almost complete

I've been tracking previous shipments to see how long it typically takes once it lands in Halifax to the dealers. Looks like it's about 2 weeks for Halifax to Toronto and about 4 weeks for cars going from Halifax to the west coast. |
