Slip on Pedals!

It's my first interior mode and I had no desire on drilling OEM pedals like before. This one looks nice, price was great and close to OEM and easy to install. Tight fit too!

Not bad right... Update, I notice some play on the brake pedals after exposed in high heat. I suggest using thick heavy duty double sided tape inside the brake pedal for added security.

Looks cool but there's a reason you drill your pedals on and that's slippage - what happens when those slip off during an unfortunate high speed moment where you lose control? Accelerator one is probably ok, but brake and clutch, and especially clutch, to me seem dangerous.

Also, around my parts you don't pass inspection with slip covers...YMMV.

You got a great point! Everyone who buys them use it at your own risk!

The stock brake pedal cover is a slip on, that seems to stay in place pretty well.

Considering how much effort the slip on ones do take to put on I think they're pretty solidly attached.

The brake one has more play than I'm comfortable with. I'm going to put some automotive tape in there.

Sorry to quote from the dead, but I agree here... the brake pedal on mine literally slipped right off the pedal. Clutch and gas have been OK after a day of driving though.

I don't trust them anymore though. The slip-on brake pedal is also missing the US DOT-required "lip" that hangs down on the right side next to the gas pedal. That lip is there to try to make it more difficult for part of a shoe to get stuck under the brake pedal (which would make it difficult to lift off the throttle if it was stuck).

I'm still using it with no issues. I did replace mine with 3M automotive adhesive and using adhesive promoter and is now stuck forever with 0 movement.

Just installed a set of these as well. They look good, and only $25 shipped.

The brake pedal has a tiny amount of play, but it's just vertical movement, so you don't feel it when you press it. But it fits over the pedal in the same fashion as the factory pedal, still very tight, so it's not coming off. The gas and clutch pedals are as tight and secure as can be, zero play in any direction, there's no way they're coming off unless you detonate a bomb.

I didn't want to drill, and am really surprised how good these look for $25.
