Now that your yard projects are done... and before you sell it..you need to clean out the gutters over the far garage!

We bought this house in 2007. Pretty much unfinished yard about 1.3 acres not much lawn, way too many trees.....so needed a small tractor with backhoe to get 'er done.....cut down many trees, tilled about an acre of various parts of the yard, put in an in ground pool, build a few walls, concrete walks etc etc, many drainage trenches, whole house 18,000 watt generator, planted an shrubberies. (we are shrubbers) ....

So time to sell it....and the tiller...

That's too funny. I also have my smaller lawn tractor, John Deere 445 with 60 deck, power bagger, and for the winter a full enclosure and 48 inch dual stage snow blower. The 445 has fuel injected Yamaha engine with 22 horsepower.

Did you tweak your 2.7 T? Lots of potential in that engine, the numbers can be amazing.

Ariens 32inch with a B&S motor for blowing snow and the John Deere is much smaller!! 10HP tecumseh non fuel injected mower!!

re 2.7t...
nah went soft and kept her OEM..she has 208K miles!.. replaced the stock k03's, did suspension bushings, links, control arms but put in Koni's.

Just finished it 2 weeks ago...Nice to have her back... but this time of year .... M2 time! Use the A6 for runs into manhattan and, of course, the winter months

I feel you pain. I had an engine oil leak from the rear main seal flange (not the seal) required engine pull. While it was out, two new turbos (internal parts $300 each) and many new seals, new oxygen sensors, etc. Ran great until the cam tensioners failed, and had to have it under the wrench again. This last repair was for failed secondary air system for emissions, turned out to be a broken ground wire. Otherwise the car has the MTM transmission chip (better shifting and supposed to save the transmission), KW V3's and Hotchkiss sways (DIY job, was fun) and is lowered. Now I have new tires, new brakes, new rotors (both within the last 1000 miles) and ready to go. Passed NYS inspection, all systems go. News paint. 145,000 miles. I think I can get one more winter out of my current snow tires. I'll still drive the M2 year round though.

Audi's can be a money pit. Soooo many sensors/seals! Only reason I buckled down on my 2.7 is the 6MT!!! and the fact that I get 25mpg average and, until turbo's went, didn't burn any oil between oil changes 7-10Kaverage OCI. Otherwise an xdrive M240 would have been joining the M2!

Since car sat for 6 months will need brakes and rotors...I am thinking Hotchkiss sways are next...!

Just curious...what are you looking for on the tractor?? Assuming you are serious about selling it...
