BSM looks the best for hips IMO. MG is real close as well. The car looks wide no matter what color. No mistaking it, in the wild.

Could you please show some more pictures where the spoiler lip can be seen? I have a MG too and thinking of doing this mod...

Hips and lips.

Lips are off topic, but here you go: wet, hot, and sensual.

A true silver would probably have been the best color for this car to show off the fenders.
100% agree with this statement. White makes it fantastically wide in some angles but completely flat in others. I wish it came in silverstone II.

Yes you are right, off topic, anyway, thank you very much!

Local dealer has an AW and LBB sitting next to each other inside their showroom. So same lighting, etc. The AW looked like a bigger car for some reason. I am guessing because of the contrast between everything else in the room.

The sunshine on the LBB once outdoors creates some really cool lighting patterns around the lines and bulges - almost like it's more than one color.

Next time it's sunny here I'll snap a shot to try and show this.

So it seems that we all can get along.

Next thread: I love my wife's hips and what she can do with those, regardless what clothes she wears or doesn't wear at all.

Reminds me to this 'suave' post about the 1M hips:

The 1Ms hips are like that of a sexy woman's mid section and small waist and gradually curving outward towards her hips. The M2's hips are like that of a sexy woman whose already had a couple of kids. Yes she still has hips and is sexy, but they're more boxy and don't have that sexy gradual curve leading out to the outer most part. So looking at the 2 series car from a side view it looks plain and sort of flat around the rear fender. The 1's curve bends the light off the paint on the fender and makes you want to view it from a rear quarter view to see those sexy hips.

The responses to this poll will simply reflect the color owned by the respondent.

Everyone likes to think that THEY bought the perfect color!

And yeah, I voted for AW

Off topic: L.H. used his Canon EOS 5D Mark II - 35mm, as usual (still in his early twenties, no photography formation/training, but damn talented hobby photographer):

Yes, I too have the feeling that the votes correspond with # of cars purchased, especially since many people bought their car sight unseen and haven't seen any others out in the wild. However, I am waiting for more votes to come in to compare the ratio of cars sold vs the number of votes on this poll. If it matches then more than likely, its just people voting for their own car. If there is a discrepancy then it would show that people thought that another color other than their own shows the widest hips. i.e. if only 10% of cars sold were MG but 20% of the votes were for MG then we can deduct that the delta is due to people thinking MG is a better color to show width than the colors they ultimately picked.

Not perfect, but better than nothing. This method would also be restricted to the number of cars some one has actually seen since very few have seen all 4 colors.

Forget about polls and stats. This discussion is way too subjective. And only few will say that they truly regret their car color choice. Hips more obvious or less obvious, just order the available color you prefer. Actually, to be more precise, the color that's left after eliminating 3.
