How does your M2's engine sound? (ticking noise)

(ticking noise) Hey guys, Last few months I started noticing louder ticking noise coming from engine bay. I can hear it inside the car, it increases it's frequency with rpm increase. My friend's M2's ticking is not that loud. Figured I'd ask here if any recognises this as normal. I have a feeling it's injector noise but not sure if it's supposed to be that loud.
