Ticking noise when car is in accessory mode

Hey all,

I recently got my engine replaced and I'm hearing a very steady ticking noise I've never heard before when the car is in accessory mode (single press, engine is off) that does not go away until the car is completely off. Car is cold, so it's not hot metal cooling down. Sounds almost like a solenoid (or more accurately, almost like someone is tapping a screw driver on the exhaust)? I can hear it from the engine bay, as well as coming out of the exhaust tips - not exactly sure where it's coming from.

Wondering if anyone has experienced this before?

TIA!
