RPM jump after up shifting w BM3 tune

I recently added an intercooler to my car and completed the BM3 Stage 2 93 tune. Under moderate to heavy load, RPMs will now jump up after up shifting. The heavier I am accelerating, the more the RPMs jump. Is this normal / safe? In some ways its nice, because it helps reduce turbo lag between shifts, but it seemed to be a bit abnormal and I thought it could be dangerous in the higher RPM range.

I haven't looked at logs before but can try to share some if that would be helpful. I can also take a video if that would be helpful.

Car Details:
2017 N55 M2, 6spd Manual, ~30k miles
FTP Charge and Boost Pipe
Wagner Sport Cat Downpipe
CSF Intercooler
BM3 Stage 2 Tune for 93 octane
Shell 93 Octane gas

Tune Details:
High Speed limiter turned off (would this affect the RPM redline limiter?)
Exhaust Overrun / burbles set to OEM
Cat Warmup on Startup turned off

Any thoughts would be really appreciated!

Mine does it too. I think that might be the rev matching feature coming into play? Have you tried turning DSC off and shifting higher up? Mine stops doing it for me once I’m in DSC off mode

I appreciate the response on this! Unfortunately, I can't check as my M2 was likely totaled last night but glad to know for the future if I get another one that it is normal behavior.
