Carbon DCT shifter

Has anyone seen a mat carbon DCT shifter that fits our M2s?

I have searched the forum but didn’t find anything. I saw a gloss finished one.

They do not have the part number just for the shifter. Unless you buy it from private seller. BMW will sell as set including the hand brake lever.

Takes u 15 min maximum to do the job.

See how much more it costs once you realize you want the steering wheel trim to match.

There ARE some better deals to be had out there. It pays to look. Some dealers have eBay stores with some very good prices and plenty of places price match. Still won't get you down to cheap, but will make it a touch easier to swallow. I went with both. I felt it really took a lot of the plasicness out of the interior.

For the OP, here's a thread with a pretty good DIY (thanks to IND). I found using dental floss to remove the shifter insert worked best for me.

I agree it really does pimp up the interior and I have to have the steering wheel trim also if i am doing it

That is why overall it is a $ punch

Hmmm. Looks so good now. This is the way the M2 should have come. The best looking mod you can make in my opinion.
