How to achieve fastest 0-60 time in the M2?

In a DCT M2, how do you achieve the lowest possible 0-60 time? I've read in some reviews that the launch control feature is actually NOT the fastest method. So then does that mean turning off the auto-stop engine and mashing the gas at idle is the fastest route to 60?
