Looks like MINICHAMPS is doing a green version of the M2 for some reason.It says it will be available this April in the 1:43 size.

Also you will be able to get the M2 in high detailed scale 1:87. Which is about the size of the top of your finger.

The new BMW M5 is coming to scale 1:43 and 1:18 respectively.
1:43 expected in Summer and 1:18 later in 2018.
As is the M4 CS in 1:18 scale. We will also see the new BMW X2,X3 and X4 in the two popular scales as also will the BMW i8 Roadster.

Did you order direct from Minichamps in Germany? I’m looking for AW.

Minichamps 1:43 in any color are pretty much sold out. Preorders for 1:87 and 1:18 are open now.

If you’re looking for the new Hot Wheels M2 - they’re all blue and #3/10 in the “Factory Fresh” series - there are close to a zillion of them on Ebay now. You’ll be able to get one for less than $3, if you buy a few. I grabbed half a dozen - I’ll convert a couple to match my car in Alpine White, and the rest I’ll give to kids at Cars and Coffee. With so many of them on Ebay now, don’t be afraid to bid low or make low offers!

Update: They do not have the front license plate bracket mounted; tires are unknown.

Thanks - I know what you mean about the order time. My Minichamps X1/9 took 2 1/2 years to arrive!

I just ordered a 1:43 from Grand Prix Models, because Minichamps Germany is totally out of stock. I also preordered the 1:87 and 1:18 from Germany, but they probably won't be available until this fall.

Minichamps so far has produced (or is producing later this year) 19 models of the M2 in 1/87, 1/43 and 1/18 scales. Some are already sold out from the factory in Germany, so they're only available from Ebay or resellers. The factory-direct prices are usually lower than from the other sources, but the DHL shipping cost is ridiculously high. (For the 1/87, shipping is way more than the cost of the model and the same as the 1/18, because DHL charges by the unit - not by size or weight.)

I placed a preorder for an AW 1/18 two weeks ago, and it just was shipped; it's already sold out.

The best way to make sure you get what you want is to place a preorder. Minichamps won't charge your credit card until the model is ready to be shipped. Here's the web page for the M2s: https://www.minichamps.de/kategorie_...suchbegriff=M2.

Take a look around the Minichamps.de site - the number of vehicle models available is incredible. I've already found models of my first car and my X1/9 - in the right colors!
