+1. GC plates are very well made, quiet, and give over -4 camber if wanted. I run -3.2 track/street and don't change. Changing between track and street requires more than just loosening the top bolts, plus it wacks out the front toe.

M2 plates are different from f2x plates as bearing etc are re-sized to suit larger dia f8x damper rod.

They work great, easy to adjust and feels full of quality and no noise. My car have only around 5000 Km on it though.

So my shop installed GC plates and maxed out at -2.75. What are my guys missing?

Did you go with stock sus or aftermarket coilover? Camber max value could be different depending on the suspension that you had fitted with.

Good point - the answer is totally stock suspension.

Yeah GCs and all other adjustable camber plates are made by the order detail including the coilover suspension setup that one has. Not sure if they will bring max camber value for sure but they could. I have GC ordered to fit my Ohlins R&T and they can give 30 mm max camber i believe.

Pancho,

What front wheel spec and camber are you using with 265/35/18's tyres - any rubbing ?

TIA,

BP

18x10 ET 33 and added a 10 mm spacer per side to make the wheel run free from the strut, no rubbing att all.
I have almost "full" negative camber, haven't done e measurement but it's around 3 degree.

If you change the plate settings between street and track, no telling what your alignment (toe) is when switching to the mode you didn't align to. Plus, variations in toe will degrade tires quickly and also result in rear alignment variations. I'm driving Street and about 10 events/season and I am going to run -2.0 camber, up front, locked-in.

Yes today I noted that the inner side of front tires are quite worn, have been running this setup to much on the street when it's aligned for track

You probably wrote it somewhere but how much toe do you have?

-2.5 on my GC plates with tons of room, I believe they should easily reach -4 if it was required. 0 NVH or noise

3 degrees camber doesn't wear any extra if you have minimal toe.

For someone that doesn't track and just Dailys / Canyons once or twice a month..would camber plates still be recommended? its mainly for the front outter tire wear correct? can't really tell if there is excessive wear yet.
