I believe the car is pretty underrated. I remember seeing a stock 720s dyno 69x whp.

Yep. The BP23, a.k.a. "Big Mac", is a hybrid and reportedly develops more than 1K HP. The issue for it will be traction ... and McLaren's primary purpose for it, which it says isn't primarily straight-line performance.
