FYI, BMW sells two types, one is the ones I broke (with center stem), then there's the McGard type BMW added later. The one I broke was on my E86 & E65.

Just don;t like the original teeth type from BMW (one I broke) because the "key" is more or less universal, plus the fat that the material is rather soft.

I do have the McGard/BMW ones on the M2 though.

I see, I stand corrected... I wonder why BMS continues to sell a similar type if it's known to not be good.

I don't think you really want the BMW type after seeing the pix I posted above.

I'm very curious how people put the car on a tow truck without the wheels.
