WTS: AutoTecknic M2C Carbon Mirror Caps

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds

Hey Folks,

I recently got a set of AutoTecknic Dry Carbon Mirror caps (https://autotecknic.com/collections/...-m3-f82-f83-m4) to fit my M2C mirrors. However, they unfortunately arrived with 1 clip broken on the passenger side mirror (circled in red), but everything else looked good and it hasn’t been mounted on a car yet.

Luckily, the vendor was nice enough to give me a full refund and let me keep the mirror caps after trying to work it out for 3 months, and so I’m listing them here for someone else to hopefully get some use out of them.

$275 SHIPPED

So you're selling the broken set you got for free for $275?

Yea? The damaged part is a clip which is pretty common to break on all of these AutoTecknic parts, and this clip doesn’t exist on the actual M part, so it shouldn’t actually have an impact on fit is my guess.

It’s also not like I didn’t spend a lot of time trying to resolve this with AutoTecknic themselves. They essentially gave me the runaround for months to try and resolve it, and it ultimately came down to the vendor (Emnotek - cool folks), to eventually just call it and offer me a refund since it wasn’t going anywhere with AT. Most people would still list this with a discounted price (which it is), and still has value at the end of the day.

If you feel the price it too high, that's fine, and you can still make an offer. If you feel like I should be giving this away for free given the backstory, that's fine as its your opinion, but I don't necessarily agree with it.
