Mechanic Recommendation in NYC?

Looking to start on some mods and do regularly scheduled maintenance soon. Does anyone know of a shop in the area that has reasonable rates? Most of these shops I'm hearing have labor rates as much as $250/hour.

You're going to be better off going to Northern NJ or Westchester.
