I know that there is enough evidence from the drivers on this forum that the 255/35/19 and 275/35/19 tires are a good alternative to stock sizes and present no problems. I would chose the optional Michelin PS4Ss over the Cup 2s unless you plan to only use the M2 as a track toy.

Rear TW is .2" MORE than the OEM 265/35, and it's .3 taller. Basically when you "upgrade" to this tire you're just adding understeer to the car via additional sideways grip. I agree that the 255/35 & 275/35 are a decent choice, but I still prefer the stock sizes. |

As long as the camber spec stays similar, wider tires mean more grip. And as long as the ratio stays similar front to rear, balance won't be affected. But you have to keep the camber and toe angles in mind, as well as rim width. With that said, changing front and rear width by 10mm will certainly not cause any adverse affects, and you will have a bit more grip on both axles.

Discount tire never called me back on the Cup 2's anyway Cup 2's are tempting I'd really prefer the PS4S Discount has 3 tires 1 rear is unavailable

A 255 tyre should not be narrower than 245 tyre. Thats 10mm more it doesn't make sense that its .2" narrower. Yes, I see the chart, but it doesn't make sense with the same tyre model. Last edited by Djphonics; 04-20-2021 at 09:11 PM.. Reason: Reversed the narrower/wider numbers |

I took a 90 degree turn (1 lane worth of room) at almost 45mph. These tires are ridiculous. Made my butthole pucker, but I thought what the hell.

Wet grip seems below average in the current crop of Extreme Summer If don’t care about wet grip then instead of the 4S, might as well go for the A052 or RT660 in stock size which are better in both dry and wet than the Cup 2C Last edited by Karmic Man; 04-21-2021 at 05:32 AM.. |
